Kurt,
Do you think the guy noticed the first stamp was out of line, then corrected it on the second? Were they stamped at the same time?... D

I might have an extra one. I can't remember.  Let me know if ya still need it and I'll look through my parts cabinets. I am pretty sure I don't have an extra bolt. But I don't want to look if you found one. I gave away a hexagonal water pump bypass fitting and a couple other parts, even paid the shipping, now I need them... ha  Danny

General Discussion / 1968 M20 with BV
« on: November 30, 2023, 12:15:54 AM »
Could you have a 1968 Z/28 with an M20 and a 4:10 BV rear axle ratio?...
My friend said there is no such thing. Because you would end up with a granny low. And that 4:10 would have to have the M21 from the factory?  Danny

That '67 low mileage survivor Z/28 with 13,xxx miles is nice, saying believed to be the most original in existence. . I just talked to someone last summer who was inspecting a '67 Z/28 with 11,000 original miles in spectacular condition. Probably one with even lower miles out there somewhere. Too much fun. Thanx for all the effort. D

General Discussion / Re: L78 on Ebay
« on: November 07, 2023, 04:00:26 PM »
Here are a couple of his feedbacks:
Terrible experience, seller said he would ship large item and he had a box. After auction ended he requested I buy a box. Then wrapped part part in cardboard and wanted me to pay extra $50 to ship. I paid $500 and he said he didn't have the money to ship the part. I offered to pay several times for shipping, but he wasn't able to provide a shipping cost. Please be careful. I had to seek a refund from eBay. Thank goodness for eBay's guarantee.
1965 mustang NOS front fender C5ZZ – 16006 – A (#284988503440)

Seller totally ghosted me, finally got back with a “I’m not available until the end of the month” after I contacted eBay Item was very expensive and had to have eBay step in to help get a refund Buyer beware.   D

Do we know what thickness a '68 Camaro front windshield is? And who makes the best one closest to factory? Thanx... Danny

Oh, I see... I know you should not see the rivets. So the dash isn't pulled over far enough? Are those rivets correct GM?... D

Exactly.. Big hardware store rivets. Tag has been removed at one time? He got a good price for it. I wonder if that POP was legit. Oh well, gone now. New owner problem... D
