Was this car a factory Z28 ? if so what number was it ?

If you read the description from the Link that Bryon posted it says it was an SS, since they didn't want to wait for a Z./28.

Car was for sale a year ago and has not sold. Original asking price I saw was over $400K which evidently far surpasses what others think it's worth.
