Something does not seem to be adding up here.

I think the 18N473159 partial VIN suggests the car was assembled in June.  The last VIN listed for June is quite a bit later and is 8N482588.

So how can a V0711MO engine stamp make sense?  The casting date - July 6 - does seem to match up with the stamp.

From http://www.camaros.org/geninfo.shtml#HowMany
The data for some months (especially May and June 68 at Norwood) deviate significantly from actual build dates, while other months correlate well.
