it is VI028ME build of the car is 10E = oct 1966 5th week

I know some of it
V = flint plant
I = NO IDEA ?
0 = NO IDEA ?
2 = NO IDEA ?
8 = NO IDEA ?
ME = 327 210 with 2spd powerglide
1967 RS 327 (210) horse C-C ermine white 732 bright blue interior RARE 4P - DELETE

1028 is the month and day your engine was assembled on = October 28th, 1966.

thank's ,,,,,,,so they used the letter I to represent 1
