Pictured is my current lower fan shroud on the passenger side. This obviously doesn't match the AIM drawing, which calls for the pictured bracket and clip. My buddy has a 67 that matches mine. Can someone enlighten me? If I'm supposed to use the bracket shown I don't see how it would attach with my current steel tab. Any help would be appreciated

Assuming you have an SS 350 car? What is the build month and week?

I believe the fan shroud is 1 piece and does not have an upper and lower section. Is the radiator original as well as the shroud?

2nd week of July, and yes, SS 350

Yes, one piece and I believe both it and radiator are original to car

Does the radiator have the factory metal tag on it?

Your radiator might not be original.

The AT fittings and bracket are incorrect.

I'm guessing the tag is under this bracket that is welded to the radiator, done before my ownership.

This is a friend's original out of his 67 RS. Looks like the same steel tab design as mine.
