My fuel gauge was pointing at 3 o'clock. New sender now shows 1/2 tank. Where am I supposed to look on my 68? Regardless, I'll have to scrape vintage 1967 undercoating.

Just got a real nice one repaint 69 Z/28 in for some minor work. 10E build date with a  12 70 gas tank date code..BKH

Heres the gas tank date code on on my 1967 06E NOR car: 25N7.

I just dug out my 09C late Norwood original tank that I smashed last year with a slip of the floor jack......
Anyhow, corner flange is stamped: 5  70 and sending unit ring is stamped  05  0
