Did any late 67's have door hinges like the 68's had (4 bolts instead of 3 mounting to the hinge pillar on car)?

Or is it possible that early 68's had no ac vents in dash and a  round wiper motor hole in cowl instead of an oval one?

Not that I know of.

You verified that it is indeed a 67 with the VIN tag in the door jamb lower A pillar?

I have seen different parts interchanged from 67 to 68 and vice versa.

More importantly, have you verified the hidden VIN's?

Ed I have pictures that I can send you of this car it is unrestored and not touched for years.
In the pictures you can see what looks like original door hinges (68 style) top of metal door like 67 interior, 67 dash and I have trim tag picture. You can also see round hole for wiper motor.

Post them here. I'm sure everyone would like to see.

If what I think you are describing, those dash holes were the Astro Ventilation system on every Camaro in 68, if not used for C60 air conditioning.  I can't imagine those being absent on a 68, unless someone later welded in the holes.

Pictures attached. Anyone know the car? Late (06C) 1967 6 cylinder convertible.

The owner is sending more pictures and a verification of hidden vin it is a 67 car. I will post pictures. I can't tell if the vent window on drivers door is just missing or if it is a 68 door.
To me it just looked like the door hinges came on the car.. however experts say no way.

That is a 1967 Camaro with a drivers side 68 door cobbled on. Unbolt those hinges and you will find the original 3 hole pattern underneath.

You are correct, it is not restored, but saying that like it's some kind survivor is far from the truth. That car is the opposite of a survivor or restored car. Its a bastardized need everything basket case.

Not worth buying unless you know what you are doing, can do it yourself, and get it cheap, with good title and VIN's/tags.
