I am very suspicious of the deck that doesn't show rust pitting like the rest of the front of the block does.

I have the complete 1967 350 with partial 7L136178 and V0113MV pad stamp. I just picked it up from FB marketplace.

Now listing changed to sold.

A engine block with casting number 3892657 and pad stamp 7N162874 and V1222MS is on Facebook Marketplace in MPLS MN.  It needs work and is already .060 oversize

Bryon are you asking me what I paid for it? I got this as partial payment for a rebuild/restoration of a 68 L30 Camaro 327 engine. I once again have a couple 67 L48 engines in my engine shop.

I have in my possession the engine block and heads from this engine. This is already ,030 oversize, has the dimple rods but not the correct crankshaft. This one is the first one of these SS 350's that I have had that is a "grind out".   Casting number is 3892657 with a casting date of L 29 6

On Ebay right now, looks pretty complete and correct. Has right balancer, timing cover, and heads

I had a MO block several years ago that had that 'tell' on the sides.

Might have been a CE that got a new stamp maybe? 

The engine block may be the only correct piece here.  The balancer is degreed all the way around, oil pan is a $30.00 aftermarket, heads are much older, wrong intake and valve covers.  I have sold complete rebuilt, all correct and numbers matching DZ 302's for less than that.

When did the partial get moved to the oil filter area for the LA cars?

Is this a bare block? how much of it do you have?

I have the engine block from 19N686106 with a casting number 3970010, date code I59 pad stamp V0908DZ. Located in Rochester, MN.

I have a couple 67 balancers that have the last four of the part number stamped into the face.

This is  posted on the Milwaukee CL for a rebuilt 1968 327 with partial 18N423463.  This is not mine but looks like a decent deal.
