I am so confused on this tag
I have a tag numbered 3924704 and thought to be from a 68 camaro or z28 m20, if not then would you know what it is for.
I'd like to have the correct tag, or no tag at all.... if not oh well.

What would the proper Muncie M20 id tag numbers be for a 1968 z28.

if this wire is separate and not wrapped in the harness, then most likely the hood light.
the clip would attach to the fender lip support.
this female end would attach to the red on the horn relay
then there would be a male end that that went to the light.
horn relay to female, then fuse, then male end which connects to under hood light
depending on the installer, there could be 1 or 2 clips on the fender, one on each side of the fuse.
assembly instructions: U26 A1

could possibly be half of an inline fuse connector. see if a fuse fits in it.
if it does, then look to see if hood had a light.
not sure why it would have been in the harness though.
just thinking out loud here.
curious to know what it turns out to be

my 69 z needs a nice easy pressure on the pedal to stop,
whereas my 68 z requires noticeably more pedal pressure.

while I was having the original 68 power booster restored, I was running an aftermarket which allowed for less brake pedal pressure to stop.
but now with the rebuilt oe, it's quite stiff.

all lines good and no leaks, booster holds vacuum for days.

could the different pedal pressures between the 68 and 69 just be the nature of the beasts.

and how were the 68 Z Norwood cars painted.
were 68s just like the 69 Zs with over pray through the slots

how are the cowl bowls painted under the cowl vent on 1968 z28s with white stripes
I am seeing some 1968 z28s cowl bowls painted all white, just as the stripes, with wiper arms black.
