Z23 or Z87 interior (with console) - woodgrain dash panel and woodgrain ash tray
Was that line mean't to read the same as the previous line - black or woodgrain ash tray?
Mines a 12C with Z87 with console and smooth black ashtray [pre-changeover]

Thanks Ed!
I forgot that it depended on the console too. So only non-console, non-deluxe interior, and non-special interior cars got the all-black center panel.

Yeah, sorry... I guess I COULD have said it better!

Here are examples:

1. The top picture is the Standard interior WITHOUT the console (Black textured panel and ash tray)

2. The middle picture is the early (up to approx Feb/March, 1968 time frame) Standard interior WITH the console, or Z23/Z87 with or without the console (woodgrain panel - smooth black ash tray)

3. The lower picture is the later (after approx Feb/March, 1968 time frame) Standard interior WITH the console, or Z23/Z87 with or without the console (woodgrain panel - woodgrain ash tray)

Paul, in a word - divorce. Not to drag anyone down, but 2010 has been a very difficult year for me.

Hopefully, I'll start to get back into the swing again, but it may take awhile.

I'd almost forgotten this one.
So, do you think all Nor and Los Camaros followed the same pattern, early and late?
