During the assembly of the body, what did these UOIT tags look like? I may have one. Gordon

They are a big sheet of paper. About 11" x 15". They are not what I would consider a card. Post what you have and we'll help you ID it.

Correction. I checked a UOIT I have in my possession and the dimensions are closer to 8.5" x 15".

well i guess i dont have this card, what i did find in my feb 69 built van nuys car was, when replaceing the carpet i found a smashed GM coffee cup (paper of course) which had Quailty markings on it, and the other item was a manila card 3x5    from the Telegraph instan form company, which reads Job No........170-40227   Style 2437-711   comb A01-Co8 B  last line Deck........nothing marked, this was found under the rear seat, the build sheet is still on the gas tank, and is very much stuck there, this car is a true SS  block no TO208HB  L525389  car built 02D    VN273188, Gordon

That's a seat 'tag' or 'sheet'. It was basically a build sheet for the seats.
Does you car have tinted glass and vinyl top? 711 int?
