68Racer,
Welcome to the site...
The reason you aren't getting an answer here is this is where 68 owners search for their original documentation, etc.
Delete your question here and take it up to General Discussion... where I and others will be glad to help you!
Eventually the Administrator will do that anyway, but you will get an answer quicker if you do it.

Wow! An additional 155 lbs. for curb weight above shipping weight. What makes the difference? A full gas tank may be part of it.

Is this information available on a web site somewhere for 1969 and other years?

How about a toll free # to GM that will provide a wealth of info. for your model year?

Phillip:

This toll free number you are referring to is only for Canadian made Camaros?
Nothing available from GM for stateside cars?

Nope!  Look again.  The Canadian site is car specific (Yes, bummer, they didn't do that in the US.)  But as I said above, it does cover "model year"...  Read below:

"If you own a US-built car, call the Chevrolet Customer Assistance Center at 800.222.1020 (toll-free US number), tell them you are restoring an early Camaro, and would like some data to help your labor of love. They will request your VIN, and then ship you a package of documentation that includes a detailed and extremely (though not perfectly) accurate specification of that year Camaro and the options. This, unfortunately, does not include option or configuration information on your exact unit (see the Car History FAQ), but it is free! And it is worthwhile. "

That's the reference I gave.  I ordered the 68 stuff, the day after I discovered CRG.  It is worthwhile.  That's where I got the weight figures...

It did it also, but wasnt that impressed with the photo copies of stuff they sent.
Almost everything that was in the package you could already find in a book or on the net.
Some of it was photo copies of the 69 chev dealer brouchure.

I guess I was expecting a whole lot more. I guess it's free, so it doesnt hurt.
