Those info packages and other sources are on site at http://www.camaros.org/geninfo.shtml#InfoSources
It used to be a stack of paper that they would send to you, now it's just a download. Realize that not all the info in the packages are from GM and some pages are missing.

I did find the link with alot of gm documentation spanning over many cars on here.

nice the AMA specs for the cars.
Has all bulbs, capacities, and recommended lubricants etc for the model year.
