Here is the lower mount I’m using.   Everything looks like it needs to move forward 1/4” to line up with the water pump and crank pulleys. There is enough meat in the bracket to slot the holes and make it up.

Isnt there a spacer suppose to go on the lower alternator mount bolt? See the space there? I don't have a manual to check it but maybe someone can chime in here about it

If you mean here, that black sleeve is the spacer.  The alternator is spaced as far forward as is can go, but needs to go another 1/4" for belt alignment.
