Do you have the nut for the junction block ?
Hey Rob,  Yeah Right...lol
Yes I have it.  It's a washer fixed to a nut.  I had removed it to make sure it wasn't rusted on.  I noticed after I posted my pics that I wasn't showing the nut/washer... ugh !  I'll have to slip another updated pic in here.

The regulator is a mechanical unit; it has points that can be cleaned which usually lets it work again ....

Thanks guys in reference to the Volt Reg.  That's good to know.

Here's the original Control Arm Lower Bumpers p/n 3928362.  The LH (drivers) side part no. was turned in toward the coil spring.  Making it hard to get the number since I haven't disassembled yet.  But you can make out the last few numbers and letters   ;D

Your lwr control arm bumper seems to be original (although very deteriorated) ..  same PN as mine...  the '46' in your case, '1' in mine...  would seem to be some type of date coding...?   below photo is my original..  PN 3928362 FK

Gary both of mine show the "FK",  my RH shows the numbers 46 after and the LH appears to be "55" as you have a "1".  Not sure why they differ or how, but leads me to believe there may be other numbers as well.

typically those kind of numbers are a date code..might be week of the year (although the 55 example says NO to that), most probably is the Julian date...  or possibly a mold number?

The PN is the 7 digit code..  FK might indicate the manufacturer, and the following number the date code or mold number.

If they're Julian dated then I'd be happy with that.  The 46 would be Feb 15 (Sat) and 55 would be Feb 24 (Mon)  I could live with that.  :)

Ref. to my 03B build.  The dated Voltage Reg is "9C"  (March)  and is hidden under the capacitor bracket.

The dates might be good, but IMO, your bumpers need replacing...  :)  PS.   I've been told when you need to do necessary safety related updated to your car, put the original parts in a bag and keep them.... :)

That's my full intentions.  Any part that can't be saved or used for safety purposes will be bagged, tagged and stored away.  It would be nice if I'm able to find an original set of those bumpers.  I'll most definitely be searching

Those are cavity numbers in case there is a problem the particular offending mold cavity can be isolated.

Thanks James.  Good to know ...so any numbers after the p/n will be correct to use.

Nothing of great deal,  just the correct factory Fan Shroud Bracket and the mounting hardware.  I did not notice any markings on the heads other than 3 hash marks.  They also appear to be the same size as the mounting bolts that affix the top/inside of the fender to the top of the Radiator core support.
