Originality / windshield washer spray nozzle
« on: August 06, 2009, 08:40:15 PM »
I was looking up the part number for the windshield nozzle in my 67-70 GM camaro parts book, I noticed there were 2 part numbers listed for the nozzle.
# 3886973 -67-69 all except ducted hood.
# 3983947- 69 all with ducted hood.
Does anyone if there was a different nozzle used with the cowl induction hood.

Originality / lock nut for the shifter ball
« on: November 15, 2006, 09:53:51 PM »
Did the 69 4 speed shift lever use a lock nut on the shifter ball ? There is no lock nut shown in the AIM or my 67-70 GM camaro parts book. I don't recall  seeing one on any original cars I have looked at over the past years.

Originality / 1969 B/B fan shroud screw
« on: October 28, 2005, 11:23:10 PM »
I would like to know if the screw asm that holds the B/B fan shroud to the fan shroud bracket onto the rad support is the same one used on the small blocks. The assembly manual only shows the insulation of the small block rad and fan shroud. The screw asm in they show in asm manual is 1/4-14 x 5/8  3/8 AF with a 3/4" washer. The car I have has a 6A build date if this makes any diference ?
