Derby hubcap paint

Hi there, I have some black paint missing from my Derby style hubcaps and would like to know the correct color black to use to repaint them. Also have some paint missing from my quarter panel side louvers. It looks like flat black to me but I want to be sure.

Anyone have an opinion?

Appears tp be a low sheen black. I wouldn't say matte. Possibly a 30% or same sheen as the dash.
