Transmission line location?

A non-computer friend of mind asked be to post this question. What is the original way to route transmission cooling lines on his '69 Camaro 454 with a T400 trans? Thru the motor mount or not? A photo would be appreciated. Thank you.

There is no original way.  The 454 was not available from the factory in a '69 Camaro...    :)

The cooler lines go below the mount, not through it, along the pan rail, as shown in the Assembly Manual; same for all automatics.
