1969 SS options ?

I am looking at a 1969 SS and have a few questions:
The tag shows that it is a X55 car but, it has drip rails and wheel moldings and the hood springs are the short fat ones. All the badging is there, can you help me with this one.

obvious stuff, look for valve under driver seat, is it there? 12 bolt rear? multi spring?
