Was it ever determined when dimples started showing up on the top of the radiator core support? Thank you, Joe

Joe, 07D 68Z survivor rad support has the dimples, so for sure it started sometime late in the 68 model year run.

I did find a date coded core support with 20. No dimples. Week 20 was the start of May 13th, 1968....Joe

Do you mean the radiator upper and lower steel tank support ends that's part of the radiator itself, or the radiator support panel?

It's the part that goes from fender to fender. The radiator, battery tray, horn relay, & voltage regulator attach to it....Joe
