The sheet of the options a 69 was delivered with has CO9516 on it.
I assume it's CO & not C0 (zero), regardless I've searched for both & nothing comes up?

Can you post a pic of this sheet? Is it possibly CO9561?

No, definitely 9516, BUT...... the engine is then listed as a L72........ !!!!
Are there any known non COPO L72 cars?
Could someone have slipped a L72 order in & the 9516 is a typo?

Only way to know is if you post a photo of your paperwork and of your car.  Or email it to someone and they can post it for you.

Can't post the full sheet just yet, but you can see the top line with the info
The price is listed as 335, I haven't found a list price for the L72 engine, but have for a L78 which is $316, so $335 about right?

The posting appears to be a poor homemade window sticker.

Chevrolet buried the ZL-1 and L72 engines under COPOs 9560 & 9561. There was no mention of either, anywhere. Build records listed the L78 engine.

The invoice posted on CRG shows that option 9561 was $489.75:

Thanks, would that price have included the other parts included in the COPO package? or just for the L72 ?

william

Both COPOs included:

special ducted hood
heavy duty radiator
temperature controlled fan
special 4.10 rear axle
dual exhaust
14 x 7 wheels

These are not listed on the window sticker.

Both COPOs required these options at additional cost:

J52 power disc brakes
PL5 F70 x 14 raised white letter tires
Muncie 4-speed or TH400 transmission

These are listed on the window sticker.

The car is a garage find, been sat for 30+ years, no engine/box.

What we thought/hoped is the original widow sticker.
Has loads of paperwork with it, receipts for the deposit & final payment, oil chages etc.
And the Protector O Plate still stuck to the card fold out.(which I couldn't decode)

POP decodes as a 307 4-speed with a 3.08 10 bolt axle.

No COPO 9561 convertibles.

Well it was fun while it lasted. Regardless, still cool to find an old 1st gen.

Sorry, yes I finally got the engine + 4 speed decoded on there but not the axle or anything else yet.
