5th week Aug 67, Grotto Blue, blue standard, legit.  Not much else to decode.  Got any more info on the car?  Z, base, big block, etc?

The picture could be alot sharper and would help. But tags typically don't bend themselves....but if the firewall has corresponding damage then I'm OK with it. But to me, it looks ugly crooked.
