This 4 bolt large journal short block is in good shape, std bore, original 3.48 crank, rods pistons and turns over smoothly
before i dismantle it and send out for cleaning and magnafluxing, I'd like to know what the vin #s might mean
TI004HN:
Tonawanda, October 4, 1968, 300 hp 350ci, 350 turbo hydromantic.
... the 00 are not the same?, I have heard of similar differences on other Tonawanda blocks including an I used as a 1.

the vin numbers are what I can't' figure out.
naked eye looks like: 19201276
with photo enhancement, the 9 may be a 3, the 0 may be a 9, if so: 13291276
please see picture.
any help is appreciated.
and thank you in advance,
Walt

I'm going to guess that it's a 350/300 with a Turbo 350 from a full size passenger car assembled at the Oshawa, Canada plant, but I'll have Warren take a look and see what he says.

Maybe it was a replacement in a 68 Camaro before he got it?
