This was above the pass side visor under the headliner stuck between roof panel and support. Has anybody else ever seen one?

I have been asking this for almost 20 years and never got response. It was in an 03C  Los car with a -- paint code. This cant be the only one ever found.

Could it have anything to do with the car being a (Special Paint). What color is / was the car? I'm just taking a stab in the dark.

Could it be that it's a van Nuys car, and the trim tag didn't call out Z/28? I have changed the headliner in my 05A Norwood Z. I put a chair through it after a show! A lot of expletives that day! There was no tag in my car.
