If we only knew where the original 302 engine was.
It would be the best of two worlds
An original Z/28 with a Motion 427

Unless I misread the work order, it was carrying a CE replacement block at the time of the 427 swap. Dealer likely scrapped that motor in '69 -

When (date) was the 427 installed ? Didn't see that on the WO -

Steve

I don't think that is a WO. It looks more like a trade in evaluation or an appraisal. With over 87,000 miles on it, the CE 427 must have been installed a lot earlier.

Would need solid provenance...... and unclear (to me) what the CS sheet represents - part of an appraisal, sales receipt, work order, etc.
OP is that a car you own?

That paper is at least newer than 1983 because that's when zip+4 came out. 65 series tires is newer than that but I can't find when they were first used. WWW was 1989...Joe

Bob Harris started Camaro Specialties in 1984-85 I think. So the paper is no earlier than that.

Its just a description of a car that was filled out more recently.  It is not a historical document.  Web site address too.

Bob's shop on Elm street is his 3rd or maybe 4th location since he has been doing business.

What is the complete "CE" number stamped on the pad?  The first digit after "CE" should be the year of the warranty replacement.

to me any document without a date is just a piece of paper.

There would have been a second page to the appraisal with a date.

Also I thought the electrical and washer hose were strategically placed. Made me wonder if the rivets were questionable.
