It's a seat tag used in the Cushion Rooms (where the seats were built) on the Fisher side.
I don't understand why they list the options on the tag and why it was relevant to the seat assembly.

Might have been an SOP for other sub assembly areas where it did matter so it was added across the board.?.  Just a thought.
