I was looking at the Las Vegas Craigslist today, and under "1967 Camaro rs" there is a yellow coupe with a photo of what appears to be a build sheet of some sort. Can anybody tell me what this is?

This is a UOIT by Fisher. I found one of those in  my 67 LOS coupe and from what I was told, it is rare to find these.
IMO, this is just as valuable as a broadcast sheet found on top of a tank, though not as detailed. But it does verify the trim tag codes.
One thing I want to point out is the VIN is a month past mine and the top rivet on the door tag shown looks almost round, which one on my coupe is like. I have had the usual 'doubting Thomas' experts say it was changed because it didn't have a well defined star pattern to it. My reply is I tell them they should be embarrassed to make such a bold statement like that. Then again, these were some of the same 'experts' that told me "strange....I have never seen an SS 396 without factory gauges before".

I've heard of the UOIT but have never seen one. Thanks for the info.

I would suggest just saving pictures and information on cars similar to yours. The "doubting Thomas" type of guys usually are know it alls, and have little to no clue about discrepancies (variance) . I have had the same experience but with my rear end stamp, even to the point where a moderator questioned my original paperwork, and authenticity of my car.  I have since located some examples similar to mine in the same time frame, or in one example the same shift, that my rear end was stamped. So no worries on my end, I know what I have, and that guy will stay clueless, like the guy you ran into.

I like the 67, but he doesn't provide much detail if the car runs or not. I a guessing it was a saginaw trans, that someone has upgraded to a hurst linkage. What is the large box on the drivers side fender well? (something RS headlight related?)

No it is not rs related. The rs realys are under the top of the drivers side fender. It could be something someone fabricated though. The vin tag has been off. "wrong" rivets.

Rivets look like they used a Phillips screwdriver to set them. But the price is good if it is legal.

Kelley I looked back at both tags, I don't see evidence of a Phillips screw driver. Can you post where you are seeing this.

= Per your request, cleaned up with a temporary ban.  Kurt

I did not blow it up but the left rivet on the trim tag looks that way to me.
