Like white top black interior /black top white interior
Or was it always black/black or white/white ?

Yes, White,or Black, but Blue convertible tops was a special order

Lots! but after 45 years, I'd say 90 to 95 percent of them have been changed to a black top! No one seems to like the white tops anymore!

 If I remember correct....if you got a white convertible top, the well liner was still black so as not to cause a white-out effect reflection in the rear window as viewed from the inside. Somehow I remember John Z mentioning that.

As far as optional color tops for 68, there were 12,356 black tops and 1259 blue tops ordered.
