Hi Dominic,
Looks like a nice solid car, I see you bought from Buffalo NY area,  do you know any history about the car? (I am originally from that area).
How far are you along on the restoration?

Paul

my car is sold by GM dealer Jim McKay in Virginia, and yes it's very solid for a 50 year old car: D, for now everything is dismantled and the restoration is started, I find the owner he had in 1980 the name is Ronald S Murhy in Virginia. I want to make the car more original as possible.but am live in Canada ,Québec so the part is very rare and the US money is verry expencive for me  :-[ :'(

Thank for your interest , you make me happy ! ;D ;D

As for the Engine.  I was explained to me that realistically a CE engine is accepted is if you have solid paperwork it was done under warranty on that car.   An incorrect engine with the wrong vin on it is more acceptable with dates that are in line with your cars build date.   This is how Corvette NCRS judging is done.  So with 20302 1969 Z28s built it should not be to hard to find a block close to your car

Congrats Dominic and welcome to the CRG, please keep us posted with pictures and progress on your Z as you go along. I'm sure it will be a beauty when you get her done.
