Quarter window chrome

The quarter window chrome is bad on my 69. How is the best way to remove the original chrome and then replace? Need guidance.

 I just did mine two weeks ago. One side pulled right off and the other was more stubborn. I used a razor and made a few passes between the glass and seal and that freed it up.
