Question regarding original dealer info now available

I just want to make sure I'm clear on this.   Using the link provided and reading it over.  At the bottom it states from serial number 508855 to 587275 is not available.

I want to make sure I understand, that if my serial number falls in between these then there is no sense in sending away for documentation?   Do I understand this correctly?

Yes, I believe so...  it makes no sense to send them $50 just to have them return it to you when they can't provide the information.  I have an email address for the person at NCRS responsible for this if you can't find it..  let me know.

Gary that would be extremely helpful and much appreciated if you could do that.   I think you're right and would make more sense to just shoot him an email and politely enquire about it rather than go through the whole process only to find out it was all for not.
