That's a 69 VW ad for their used car warranty with a 69 Camaro in "very special paint". 

As I recall, the moon was in the seventh house and Jupiter was aligned with Mars!

I was to young to have known Bill Parker 4 speeds, but I have driven past that spot a bunch of times. I have seen those photos published on another site where they broke down what each car had for a power train. Very interesting stuff
