The link above is from the Trifive forum, but the first post in that thread shows 3 very interested *period* photos from the '70s... Yes, there's one or more first gen Camaros depicted.. :)

not sure if this is the spot for this, VW ad with '69 Camaro. not sure what time frame, but looks to be the psychedelic '70s.

That's a 69 VW ad for their used car warranty with a 69 Camaro in "very special paint". 

As I recall, the moon was in the seventh house and Jupiter was aligned with Mars!   8)

I was to young to have known Bill Parker 4 speeds, but I have driven past that spot a bunch of times. I have seen those photos published on another site where they broke down what each car had for a power train. Very interesting stuff

I've got the tailgate off that Stude pickup (last pic) hanging in my family rom over the fireplace! Well, maybe a similar one...

I'll get one tonight. Was going to make a bench seat-back out of it, but it's got some flaky rust and I think it's better-off as a looker than a "toucher"
