On eBay, appears to be N138616, V0131MU, block, rotating assembly and heads.  Looks like the Flint stamp was missed, ground out and restamped?

This has the wrong crank and rods in it.  Looks like a cast 2442 crank and 3/8 bolt O forging rods.  The rest looks OK.

Actually, with that engine date, the VIN has to be 7L138616.

124377L138616 or 124677L138616.
