That wiring runs above the wiper motor.

Thanks John, there is a bit of a "valley" on top of the wiper motor that seems should or could have wiring run through it. Wiring that would be run under the washer motor seems would interfere with the accelerator rod.

I took a lot of photos before I disassembled my 67 for restoration. My wiring rest on the top of the washer motor in front of the washer fluid motor.
