I am not sure who, but they can be sleeved in SS. Try JM. That is always a safe bet.

I had a local machine shop sleeve one for me and it worked well. I dont know if they used Stainless, Bronze, or Steel. It looked more like Steel to me.

Whitepost Restorations can do it.
Google them as I don't have the number handy.

original definitely beats the masters on Ebay from Carsflash

I purchased one from Carsflash on ebay recently. It said it was original. Do you have information that they are not original or do you have another concern about this seller? The link is below.

masters are not original 1969 units, they are machined. Not going to sell you an original unit for $100

The one I purchased meassures 7/8'' on the bottom part. The part that protrudes on the front look's more like the original also. The linked thread does mention a 1980's version that is modified. One remaining question is do the repro versions have different date codes cast into the side?  ???   My initial reaction would be they are all the same date like the big block exhaust manifolds I have seen.

i bought one of those masters from carsflash and they happen to be pretty nice.  they are original masters just not original 69 masters.  I found this out after the fact but looking back at his ad and the price it makes sense.  like everyone mentioned you can not buy a 309 69 master for $100.  tell  you what in my opinion its beats the heck out of a repop, I sold mine and bought an original.
