Option Z22 and Z23

Would a 1969 Camaro R/S Z/28 (option Z22) with a standard black interior and a console with gauges, and not the Z23 option, have the bright pedal trim, a wood grain steering wheel shroud with the RS steering wheel emblem, a dash grab bar/bezels/emblem and dash instrument panel molding?

If not, was it only the Z23 option code that triggered this option package?

Would the same car automatically have the woodgrain radio and wiper/headlamp switch plates because of the woodgrain on the console shifter area?
