69 Steering Column Upper Bearing NON-TILT

1969 Camaro NON-TILT upper bearing replacement in steering column.
I was hoping to replace it while I have it apart.
Any Suggestions on removal and replacement, other than live with the slight wobble..

Possibly the '69 Chevrolet Overhaul or Service Manual will tell you the procedure. Those manuals also list the specialty Kent Moore tools you may need.
