Rear bumper bracket rivet

I have the original rear bumper it was rechromed. Hartbeet amoung others sell the rivets to attach the center bracket back on.....does anybody know how it install the factory style rivets?

Has anybody here used the rivets from heartbeat and pressed them in?
Or do most people use bolts?
