Steering column schematic needed

Good evening folks,

I tore a steering column down a week or so ago for my brother to paint and I am gonna reassemble it tomorrow. I have built many and am very familiar with them but this was a NON-tilt and I removed the lower collar/housing from the colapsible inner column/tube. Most of what I have built are tilt and the lower collar unbolts from the outer housing. I thought an expanded view might give me a better idea how to hold the inner tube to reseat the lower collar. I searched the internet and could not find a good expanded view schematic. Long story short does anyone have a good expanded view of a 69 Camaro NON-tilt column?

The exploded views are in the Chassis Service Manuals.  FYI
