 Came across this SS on Ebay. Looks like a very nice car with lots of supporting documents.

Your right...nice car w/good documentation, and I would definitely take a closer look if I was still on the market for an L48. However, strong money for a car with 111k miles and needing a complete resto. It would be a completely different story if it was a true survivor like the owner claims. New paint and top, and several items wrong in the engine bay/throughout the entire car...cancels all claims of a survivor! Add another 30 to 40k for a do-it-yourself resto and your at 60 to 70k. I would certainly look at a Z or a BB before pumping this much money into a plain Jane SS SB.

Marty, agree with you this is a nice car with lots of documentation and also trying to figure out what is running the price up on this...is someone paying for a cool story?

Marty, I think survivor means the same thing as restored does, absolutely nothing.
