New SCCA Trans-Am discussion board

We've added a new Tran-Am discussion board for the 1st gens that were raced in that series. Jon has added some great pictures and history to the board already. The biographies that he's done are pretty amazing!
A big hat-tip to Jon for suggesting this and helping get it off the ground!

As a side note, I'm going to integrate the Z10 board with the main discussion board. There's not enough activity to keep it as a separate board.
