70 Z28 camaro sheetmetal help roof /cowl pilar /trunk pan

I have 70 Z28 camaro mulsanne blue it is rusted around the front/rear windows the front pilars in both front corners which is pilar meets the cowl I like to here from you guys were to start ? roof skin? or complete roof ,inside looks like surface rust ,i am not an expert in auto body sheetmetal ,I appreciate help to start my project. I may decide to sell the too..I thank you in advance Joe.
