I'm trying to find the part number for a 1968 Camaro horn. I have a Delco Remy horn with part number 9001121 and the letter H in a circle. Is this the correct one for a 1968 Camaro?

1968 Camaro horns are 9000477 (low note) and 9000214 (high note). I don't know what a 9001121 fits, but going by the number, it appears to be a 70's horn.

One more question. Did they come with 1 horn or 2?

They had two horns - low note and high note, as shown in the Assembly Manual.

Thanks JohnZ. I thought there were 2, but I couldn't find in my Assembly Manual.

Larry, the horns are in the electrical section (UPC 12). For 1968 it's sheet A8. IF you have a Rally Sport car, you also need to look at UPC Z22 (Page A13) for the different mounting location.

Thanks alot, Ed. I do have a RS so I appreciate all the great information.

Many GM cars of the era used the same horns with different brackets. The numbers above, I beleive apply to the assembled unit with the brackets. If you still have the original brackets, you may be able to replace just the actual horns. This would give you more options lookiing for original horns.
