Endura bumper jacking instructions - different then standard bumpers?

Did GM have a different sticker on the trunk lid for endura bumper equipped cars? And if so does anyone reproduce them?

The Assembly Manual doesn't show a unique-to-VE3 jack instruction sticker either in the VE3 section or in the UPC 10 jack section.

does anybody have any pics of the ""straps" used to hold the wrench to the jack?

Don't have a photo handy, but they're wide, heavy black rubber bands.

My point is, they are the same. There is no speciial VE3 sticker.
