Can anyone help me find a left and right side 1/4 panel support.  These support pieces were welded from the factory to the inside of the 1/4s below the 1/4 glass, and run to the back of the glass, then start to run up the sail panel. They were put in by the factory to prevent body flex to prevent the sheet metal from tearing or to prevent the 1/4 glass from breaking. My 1/4 panels were removed, with N.O.S. 1/4s installed. These support pieces were thrown out with the old 1/4s. Thay are not reproduced to my knowledge. Please help!

That might be a tough one, ...short of locating a donor car.
As you mentioned, ...I'm not sure those parts are reproduced.

They aren't being reproduced.  The only 2 options you have are finding them from a donor or just fabricating some which really isn't that difficult.  You just need something in there for support.

The tough part about getting these braces is they are considered expendable when people cut the quarters off of cars. These braces run into the rockers as well and get cut when cars are parted out.
Best way to get these intact is to tell the yard to cut off the back of the rocker along with the front part of the quarter panel.

Good luck.

I bought a X-11 shell sight unseen for $300.00. They too had the 1/4's removed, and were not there!

Roy, do you have a pic of what you are looking for? I may have a pair on my donor car if I can see which ones you are wanting. My email is wolfy948@yahoo.com.
