Help! 69 RS/SS suspension question

I want to totally redo the suspension/steering, the car does have quick ratio, my question lies with the springs, I want to replace the ones it has been sitting on for almost 40 years, how do research and ensure I replace them with what is there...it is a heavily optioned car and it is a reasonable possibility that is equipted with the F41 RPO suspension upgrade...I have a total original 67 coupe and when they are side by side the 69 RS/SS seems to be a couple of inches lower.
