Bellhousing bolt color

Are the BH bolts painted orange or natural.

On a manual transmission car, the belllhousing and bolts were in place when the engine was painted at the engine plant; the bolts should show the same level of orange overspray as the bellhousing. Automatics were installed at the car assembly plants, so their bolts will show no paint.
