Points distrib. cap + rotor differences B'tween...

Going through some 60's Alum. bodied distribs. and would like to know the difference between a OEM cap and rotor vs.  Auto Parts issue...  Color / quality / part numbers

Original caps will have Delco-Remy and various "Patent" statements molded into the top surface, and the Delco-Remy logo molded on the inside of the top of the cap.
