 Afternoon,
I've had a pair of new control arm shafts for 22 years. Do they have value for a correct restoration of a valuable car or are they just over the counter replacements?  My Jane cars don't justify using correct parts that belong on a 50k or higher car.

    Casting #381904 GM 40
Thank you

RamAirDave

The OTC/aftermarket shafts are noticeably different than the OEs.

They aren't really a high-wear item, but might be worth something (have no idea how much) to someone who's car doesn't have the originals.

Thanks Dave,
I have'nt had to replace any for that reason and yes the casting is different. Can't see ever having to replace any so I'll have them for another 22.
