Posi rear end

What tag(s), went on the 68 Z posi rear end?  The plastic fan, the metal tag, none or both?  Thanks

Mine is an original 68 SS 350 12bolt. It had both when I dug it out of a barn in Minn.

12 bolt red plastic, ten bolt tin tag i believe?

Only seen the red Posi tag (attached to the drain plug) on my 68Z, 69Z, 69 COPO Chevelle.
